Refund Policy

1. Single Blast and Bulk Packs (one-time)

If the generated articles fail to deliver or contain critical errors that we cannot regenerate, we will refund your purchase within 7 days. Because the articles are delivered instantly and tied to your account, refunds are not granted for change of mind.

2. Recurring plans (Growth, Enterprise)

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months, but we will refund a charge made in the last 48 hours on request if you have not generated any articles in that period.

3. Yearly plans

Yearly subscriptions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days. After 30 days, yearly plans are non-refundable but can still be cancelled to prevent renewal.

4. How to request a refund

Email billing@contenttotraffic.com from the address on the account with your order ID. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster.
