Last updated: May 31, 2026
These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of contenttotraffic.com (the 'Service'). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Content-To-Traffic generates AI-written articles and distributes them to third-party CMS platforms you have connected. We provide the tooling; you own the content.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@contenttotraffic.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
- No spam, malware, phishing, or deceptive content.
- No content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or breaks the law.
- No reverse-engineering, scraping at scale, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
- No use of the Service to generate content that violates the policies of connected CMS platforms.
4. Content ownership
You retain all rights to the articles generated for you. We claim no ownership over your output. We may store generated articles to provide the Service to you; we will not use your content to train AI models.
5. Billing and refunds
- One-time purchases (Single Blast, Bulk Pack) are billed immediately and grant lifetime access to the purchased articles.
- Recurring plans (Growth, Enterprise) bill monthly or yearly in advance. Cancel anytime; access continues through the current period.
- See our Refund Policy for the full refund terms.
6. Third-party services
When you connect WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or another CMS, you authorize us to publish on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms.
7. AI output disclaimer
Generated articles are produced by language models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing it under your brand.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Refunds for terminated paid plans are at our discretion.
9. Warranty disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content-To-Traffic's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Content-To-Traffic from any claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
